Traumatherapy
according to the Alternative Practitioners Act ("Heilpraktikergesetz")

“I have come to the conclusion that humans are born with the innate ability to overcome trauma. Not only do I believe that trauma is curable, but that the healing process can also be a catalyst for profound awakening—a portal that opens to emotional and genuine spiritual transformation.”
Peter A. Levine
Traumatic experiences arise when our ancient survival and protection mechanisms—fight or flight—are insufficient in an overwhelming moment. The nervous system reacts with freezing or remains trapped in a state of prolonged alarm, even when the danger is long gone.
In trauma therapy, we create a safe space to help the nervous system regulate itself and reconnect—with yourself, with your body, with the here and now.
It is not about “telling the story again,” but about finding new security in the here and now and helping the body to complete what was not possible at the time.
Gently, resourcefully, and mindfully, I accompany you on your journey back to inner stability, security, and vitality.
